Are you ready to shine on the biggest stage in football fandom? blinger^® is thrilled to launch the Ultimate Fan Sparkle-Off, a contest celebrating creativity, team spirit, and game-day glam with our Ultimate Fan Collection. Whether you're tailgating, hosting a watch party, or cheering from the couch, we want to see your boldest, most dazzling fan looks!

One fan with the most game-day sparkle will score the ultimate prize: two tickets to Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on February 8, 2026. Ten finalists will score product prizes! So, grab your blinger^®, show off your sparkle, and let the games begin! You gotta be in it to win it!

This is a skill-based contest. Purchase and use of a blinger^® Ultimate Fan Starter Set is required to demonstrate your creativity and qualify for an entry.

Note on In-Pack Materials Clarification: Some promotional materials distributed with blinger^® Ultimate Fan Starter Sets state “No Purchase Necessary.” This statement refers to the fact that purchasers have already obtained the product prior to seeing the promotional insert and are not required to make any additional purchases to participate.

Entry Period:
November 7, 2025, at 8:00 PM EST – January 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST

How to Enter:

• Purchase and use a blinger^® Ultimate Fan Starter Set. 
  
• Create a short video showing your game-day look using the blinger^® Ultimate Fan Starter Set.
• Your video must demonstrate blinging in action and your final bedazzled look.
• Highlight creativity, effort, team spirit, and (of course) plenty of sparkle!
• Post your video on your Instagram or TikTok account, tag @blingerofficial, and include #blingerUltimateFan.
• Follow @blingerofficial on the platform you used and make sure your account is public so we can see your entry.

Multiple entries are welcome. Each entry must be unique.

✨ Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, and North Dakota, and where prohibited by law.
• Certain states restrict contests requiring proof of purchase; therefore, residents of Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, and North Dakota are ineligible.
• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of blinger^®, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, immediate family members, and persons in the same household are not eligible.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, copied, plagiarized, fraudulent, automated, or non-compliant will be disqualified.

Pre-Finalist Verification Notice:
Prior to the public announcement of finalists, potential Top 10 candidates will be contacted by blinger^® between January 13–16, 2026, via direct message through the Instagram or TikTok account used for their video entry. Each contacted entrant will be required to complete an eligibility verification process, which may include providing a valid driver’s license or other proof of age and state of residence by noon on January 15, 2026. Failure to respond or provide required documentation within the timeframe specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist.

Finalist Release Requirement:
All potential Top 10 Finalists will be required to complete and return a blinger^® Finalist Verification and Media Release Form as a condition of eligibility. This form confirms age and state of residence and grants blinger^® permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and advertising purposes related to this Contest and future blinger^® campaigns. Failure to sign and return the form within the time specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist.

January 16, 2026: Top 10 Finalists Announced
All 10 Finalists will be selected by the blinger^® judging panel based on creativity & originality (30%), effort (30%), team spirit (20%), and presentation & effective product use (20%).
All finalist and Grand Prize selections are skill-based and judged equally using the same criteria.

January 17–20, 2026: Fan Voting (for fun)
Public fan voting opens at 12:00 PM EST on January 17, 2026 and closes January 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Fans can show their sparkle and support their favorite finalists on the official blinger^® social channels. Fan voting is purely for social engagement and does not determine rankings or winners. The finalist rankings and Grand Prize Winner will be determined solely by the blinger^® judging panel based on the official skill-based criteria.

Grand Prize Winner Selection

In the event of a tie, the blinger^® judging panel will determine the winner in its sole discretion.

All finalist and winner selections are determined solely by the judging panel based on the criteria above. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
Winners are determined solely by skill, not chance. Random selection plays no role in determining the winner.
Fan voting results are purely for fun social engagement. All finalist and winner selections are made solely based on the judging criteria as stated above.
blinger^® reserves the right to disqualify votes suspected of being fraudulent or automated.

Winner Notification
Winners announced on blinger^® Instagram and TikTok platforms. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter and must respond within 48 hours with verification details. All other winners (2–10) will be contacted via direct message. If a winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, another winner may be selected at the judges’ discretion.

🎁 Prizes

• One (1) Grand Prize Winner receives: Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026 at Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA (aisle seats at the 50-yard line); all-inclusive Champions Club pregame hospitality (premium open bar & cuisine, NFL Legends appearance, live music); and $250 in blinger^® product prizes. Approximate Retail Value: Over $15,000.
• Four (4) Top Finalists (#2–5) receive: $250 in blinger^® product prizes.
• Five (5) Top Finalists (#6–10) receive: $150 in blinger^® product prizes.

📦 Prizes will be sent via email (Super Bowl tickets) and mail (Champions Club tickets and all product prizes) within one week of final winner confirmation.

⚖️ Legal Terms & Conditions

Prize Conditions. No substitutions, cash redemptions, or transfers allowed. Travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions of the issuer and the NFL.

Proof of Purchase. Proof of purchase of a blinger^® Ultimate Fan Starter Set may be required to validate entry eligibility. Entries without proof of purchase or that fail to demonstrate use of the required product may be disqualified.

Odds & Taxes. As this is a skill-based contest, odds of winning depend entirely on the number and quality of eligible entries received. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Winners will receive a 1099-MISC Form for the prize value (if required by law).

Rights & Usage. Except where prohibited by law, by entering, participants grant blinger^® the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy Notice

By entering the blinger^® Ultimate Fan Sparkle-Off, you acknowledge that GEMC2, LLC (“Sponsor”) will collect and use your personal information (such as name, contact details, social media handle, age, and state of residence) solely for the purposes of administering this Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest or as required by law. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Participation in the Contest is voluntary, and entrants may withdraw at any time by contacting the Sponsor; however, withdrawal will result in disqualification from the Contest.

General Conditions

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or the NFL. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or voting will result in disqualification. blinger^® reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

Limitation of Liability

Entrants release blinger^®, the NFL, Instagram, TikTok, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use. blinger^® is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
